JEETH TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective date: April 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Jeeth, including our mobile applications, websites, web applications (including our workspace/admin web app), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Lessonpal, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation ("Lessonpal," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. WHO CAN USE JEETH

Jeeth is intended for workplace use and is not intended for children.

Minimum age depends on where you are located:

  • India: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • Other locations: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has used the Service, contact us at privacy@jeeth.ai.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or workspace (an "Organization"), you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that Organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" also refer to that Organization.

2. ACCOUNTS AND AUTHENTICATION

Jeeth generally uses phone-number-based authentication (for example, OTP verification). For workspace owners and administrators using the web admin app, we may also require email-based authentication or other mechanisms for security.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and authentication methods, and
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may require additional verification to protect the Service and our users.

3. THE SERVICE

Jeeth is a communication and coordination service for teams, currently focused on voice messaging and AI-assisted features. Features may include translation/transliteration, summarization, and task creation ("AI Features").

We may add, remove, or change features over time (for example, enabling additional messaging formats, file sharing, check-ins, or location-tagging later).

4. WORKSPACES AND ADMINISTRATION

Organizations may create workspaces. Workspace owners/admins may manage workspace settings and users, including importing users via CSV.

At this time, workspace admins do not have special access to view user content beyond what the Service provides by default. We may introduce additional administrative controls in the future. If we do, we will update our documentation and/or these Terms as appropriate.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Upload, share, or transmit content that infringes others' rights, is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or obscene.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you do not have permission to access.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying components of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or attempting to bypass security measures.
  • Use the Service to commit fraud or impersonate others.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service, users, or the public.

6. USER CONTENT

"User Content" means content you submit or make available through the Service, such as voice messages and related information, and any future text messages, images, or files.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Lessonpal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, reproduce, transmit, process, and display your User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, including providing the features you choose to use (such as translation, summarization, and task extraction).

If you share User Content with other users, you understand recipients may be able to access, save, or share that content.

7. AI FEATURES AND LIMITATIONS

AI Features may generate outputs such as summaries, translations, or suggested tasks. These outputs:

  • May be inaccurate or incomplete,
  • Should be reviewed by humans before relying on them for important decisions, and
  • Do not constitute professional advice.

You are responsible for how you use AI outputs and for verifying results where appropriate.

8. FEES, TRIALS, AND PAYMENTS

Jeeth may offer free trials and paid tiers. We plan to sell paid access primarily through our website and direct sales using third-party payment gateways. We are not currently selling subscriptions via Apple App Store or Google Play billing.

Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details will be presented at checkout or in your workspace plan settings.

Unless required by law or expressly stated by us in writing, fees are non-refundable.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing, and payment providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies. Lessonpal is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Lessonpal and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, designs, trademarks, and other content, excluding your User Content.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of any part of the Service unless you have our written permission, except as allowed by law.

11. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if your use creates risk for the Service or other users, or if required by law.

12. ACCOUNT DELETION

If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information and User Content from active systems generally within 30 days, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes. Information may remain in backups for up to 90 days before being deleted or overwritten according to our backup cycles.

13. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESSONPAL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESSONPAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESSONPAL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (for example, via the Service or email). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
