We use information to:

  • AI processing: To provide AI Features, we may process User Content (including voice messages) using automated systems and third-party AI providers.
  • Training on your content: By default, we do not use your User Content to train our own machine learning models. We may use aggregated and/or de-identified information to improve the Service (for example, to understand reliability and feature performance).

6. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with:

  • Service providers (processors): vendors who help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tooling, AI processing, and payment processing. These may include OpenAI and Google Cloud, and other providers we use from time to time.
  • Payment providers: if you purchase a paid plan through our website or direct sales, payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. We receive confirmation and billing-related information needed to provide access and support.

8. DATA RETENTION

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes, including security, compliance, and dispute resolution.
